Hot Day!! St Kilda Beach!!

It was a HOT DAY, wasn't it??
I get up late today cuz I have class late in the arvo(11pm).. I felt sun started to burn my room!! Later on I suffered all way long walking to and from the city..
I finished my class at 1.30pm cuz I'd done my presentation on last Monday.
I had my new haircut, a very shorty one, u guys must be astonished... LOL
Dicky arrived in Melbourne this morning to attend his bro's graduation, so he joined us for a walk today.
Then we took a long journey to St. Kilda Beach, a lot of people there!! Cuz I catched the next tram after them, I barely found them at the beach, too hot!! and too many people!! We had a view sightseeing, then went back to city cuz we're unable to bear with the heat..
Pancake Parlour was the next destination. We had the 2 for 1 price voucher, great snacks in the arvo, along with Coke, I loved it..
Later on we dropped by Ahin and Mule's apartment for a break, all of us took a long nap after a burning and tiring day at St Kilda Beach.. Damn HOT!!
When I took a bath later back home, I realized that my skin was getting darker and darker(no sunblocks at the beach).. I've to decrease the frequency of hangin' around hot-sun exposed place then.. :(

This week

This week seems too annoying for me, all things getting busier..
I had a research and presentation project yesterday(it's gone, relieved), and Pure Maths project had gone too...
Yet I have a theme essay plan to do for tomorrow, and a bunch of Computer n Networks assessments in class.. This Friday will be the worst and the best day this week, the worst thing is I have to submit General maths(which I don't like very much since the Probability thing), and the best thing is, I'll get the keys to my new apartment after class!! Yey.. Finally I'll feel like living in a 14th floor apartment, instead of 18 years living in low building(unfortunately now too) :(
But before, I had a lot of things to be worried about, I went to and fro the real estate office, callin here and there, bank, cleanliness of my current apt, anything else makin' me silenced..
Hmm, there are still things to do bout my new apt, the connection guy will call me in these few days to connect the water, electricity, and payTV.. Oh gosh, and furniture!!
I'll keep posting my updates guys^^

Basketball Shoes - TPU Cushioning Vs. Nike Flywire™

Hi guys, today I'm going to discuss the difference between the TPU(Thermalplastic PolyUrethane) cushioning and the new Nike Flywire™ on Basketball shoes.
TPU is a plastic+polyurethane material which is used as the usual basic cushioning foam in basketball shoes and other sporting shoes. Supports the area of the heels mostly, and the whole foot like a second sock. It is also a shock absorber material, since most basketball shoes have thicker TPU cushion on the ankle, heel, and both side of the shoes. It is cheap, easy and comfortable to wear mainly on basketball shoes. Like many materials, TPU can be affected by too much moisture. TPU is a hygroscopic material, which has a great potential in absorbing moisture. The time needed to dry this material may be a consideration, main concerning on sweating feet in basketball games. When the material is wet, it becomes less responsive and effective, therefore it cannot be wear for a long time at the same moment(e.g playing for 3 hours) without decreasing its performance.

While Nike Flywire™ is a new technology developed by Nike. The idea Flywire™ is inspired from the suspension bridge which has many fibers to support. The Flywire™ is designed to wrap the foot like a second skin, and since the support doesn't come from layers of material, it is flexible.Created by Jay Meschter, Director of Innovation at Nike in the early 2000, with tensile fibers as the only material. The fibers are called Vectran Fibers, a NASA-grade fiber. Thinner than human hair, lightweight, flexible yet high in tensile strength(5 times stronger than steel). Nike basketball shoes with Nike Flywire™ has decreased weight up to 50% of the previous TPU shoes.
